How long does it take to process my order?

‘we too are one’ is dedicated to being a bespoke business. Every piece purchased from our online store is lovingly ‘made to order’, so please allow 5 - 7 days for your order to be handcrafted prior to being dispatched. This is part of our ‘love ‘n’ cherish’ philosophy, which means your order is especially made just for you!. We always endeavor to process your order and have it on its way to you as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Ordering Pre-Order & Instock Items

If you place a ‘Pre-Order’ item and Insotck ‘Add to Cart’ item in the same checkout purchase, both items will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item or items have been completed. If you wish to receive items seperately please ensure items are processed through checkout seperately. so if you need any further details, please feel free to contact us via the ‘Get in Touch’ link below as our guidance is always lovingly offered.

Is it safe?

Please be assured that our online payment process is secure. We do not store any of your credit card details on our web server. All online payments are transmitted over a secure section and you can be rest assured the highest levels of security are met.

How to place an order?

Just browse through our products and if there is something you want to buy, select them, and click the ‘Add to Cart’ OR ‘Pre-Order’ button. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can proceed to check out.

How do I add them to my shopping cart?

After you ‘Add to Cart’, the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart at any time by clicking on the ‘View Basket’ button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on ‘remove’ and then update.

How do I checkout?

Go to your shopping cart by clicking ‘View Basket’ button to review your order. Then click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button and follow instructions. You will need to know your contact details, delivery address, the billing address of the credit card you are using (if different to the delivery address) and your credit card details.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay securely using a credit card via our Stripe Payment Platform or Paypal.

How can I be sure my order went through?

Once Order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation usually within minutes. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hrs, please send an email via our ‘Get In Touch’ link below.
