Returns + Exchanges

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, we will happily offer you an exchange “change of mind” on all full priced items as per below.

All pieces ordered as ‘Pre-Order’ from our online store are ‘made to order’, but we do understand sometimes you may not have that connection with the piece or simply is not what you had imagined once you receive your order. So, in such circumstances please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss and follow the steps below as we are committed to ensuring that you ‘love ‘n’ cherish’ your purchase.

We offer an exchange of your purchase whether purchased as ‘Pre-Order’ item or as instock item within 7 days of receiving purchase. The costs of returning item(s) is at your expense in cases of change of mind.
Where the exchange is due to make or design fault with the item, the period for exchange or repair may be extended at our discretion.

We insist that the garments or accesories have not been worn, washed or altered and it includes all original packaging and tags attached. All merchandise must be returned for an exchnage with proof of purchase - this applies even if you received the garment as a gift.

Ensure that all items are in a new and unused condition with all tags attached. If the item is not in its original condition, then we have the right to refuse an exchange and the items will be sent back to you. Include your full name, address, telephone number and if you would like a store credit. All items that are sent back MUST be posted via Express Post at your expense. Any item that is not sent express/registered post and goes missing in the post will not be accepted for exchange.

Please note NO returns or exchanges are given on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
